Using a vacuum sealer requires several steps to properly seal and preserve food.

Here are general guidelines on how to use a vacuum sealer:

 

1. Prepare the machine

(1) Place the vacuum sealer on a stable and clean surface

(2) Make sure the machine is connected to the power supply

(3) Choose the right bag or roll

 

2. Prepare food

(1) The food is clean, dry and at room temperature

(2) If the food to be sealed is moist or liquid-rich, it is best to freeze it for a short time before vacuum sealing to prevent excess moisture from interfering with the sealing process.

 

3. Turn on the vacuum sealer and place the bag

Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, making sure it is straight.

 

4. Close the lid and start the sealing process

According to the design of the machine, select the appropriate sealing function.

 

5. Vacuuming and sealing

The vacuum sealer will initiate the vacuuming process, removing the air from the bag.

Once the air is excluded, the machine will automatically transition to the sealing process.

 

6. Take out the sealed bag when finished

Open the lid or lid of the vacuum sealer and carefully remove the sealed bag from the vacuum chamber.

 

7. Inspection and storage

Check whether the sealed bag is sealed, and if necessary, label the contents and date on the sealed bag.

Store vacuum-sealed bags in a cool dry place or in the refrigerator.
