The design of automatic packing machine based on PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) and DSP(Digital Signal Processor) was introduced. The full- automatic packing for different specification containers was achieved by the device using motor serve control technology, step-motor control technology, PLC, DSP and human-computer interface technology and etc.,and the weight of filling controlled accurately.

And the monitoring of filling process and management of production information by network communications were achieved simultaneously.It has advantages of easy operation,stable system and working efficient and etc.,and automation packing machine is come true successfully.

 

An automatic packing machine is a type of machine that is used to pack products into boxes, bags, or other containers automatically.
